How to request assistance (New York)

If you need to request assistance or you need to contact us :

            - By phone,

During the Day Time:

Monday - Friday 9:00am 6pm EST please call 212-750-4433

After hours night and weekends:

Please leave a message in our general mailbox or extention 100.
Your request will be reviewed by multiple technicians ready to help you.

- By web, open in your browser http://www.htbackup.com/contactus.html , select Contact Form and fill with your data.

OR you can easily right click on your eBLVD icon, your request will automatically forward to the group in our company that handle your account and CC their managers. Using this ticketing system will short the time it take the technicians to locate your information in our system and you will receive quicker response.

Click on Request assistance. After that a new explorer window will appear, where you have to fill your information and then click Continue to send the request to the Helpdesk.
