Question Title How to change the default action for power button

To change the default action for Power button you need to go to:
Control Panel – Power Options – Edit plan settings – Change advanced power settings.
Go to Power buttons and lid.
 
You can set the default action for the :
   Power button – (sleep/hibernate/shut-down) – battery or plugged mode
   Start menu Power button - (sleep/hibernate/shut-down) – battery or plugged mode.
