Question Title What to do if Outlook shows offline ?

If Outlook 2003 shows offline (like in the next picture),



you have to click on the status bar where is written Offline, as shown in next picture,




and then click on Work Offline to disable Offline mode.



Now it should look like this next picture, Connected:
