Question Title Logo Not Appearing in My Email Signature - Just a Box With a Red X?
You created your signature, pasted in a logo and it looks perfect. You save it and when you create a new email the signature appears but the picture does not. All you see is a box with a red X where the picture should be.

Each time you create a new email Outlook needs to 'pull' your logo into your signature so it can appear correctly.

When you create your signature, be sure you DO NOT paste your logo in.

Instead, save your picture to a safe location like your My DocumentsMy Pictures folder.  Then go back into Outlook and edit your signature. Position the cursor where you want the image to be placed and at the top of the screen click Insert Picture then browse to My DocumentsMy Pictures and find the picture you saved. Select it and click ok and the picture will appear where your cursor is.

Save the signature and click New to create a new email. Your picture will appear in this and all future new email you create.

Be sure you do not delete the picture file otherwise Outlook will not be able to include the image in your signature and you get the box with the red X again.
